 The Tongue Fu Talking® Implementation Plan provides a practical guide to embed oracy across your school. It is organised into ten phases:

6. Building Vocabulary
7. Curriculum Debates
8. Presenter Mode and Confidence
9. Assessment and Celebration
10. Re-audit and Refinement

Each phase provides step-by-step tasks, including CPD activities and key Tongue Fu Talking® resources, alongside clear success indicators and guidance on how activities develop Explorer and Presenter Modes of talk. There is no prescribed timeframe: schools can spend as much or as little time on each phase as needed to ensure secure implementation.
